The annual award is presented exclusively to one U.S. home builder and two architectural firms who have made significant contributions to the nation’s residential housing industry. EYA President and Co-Founder Bob Youngentob accepted the award on September 15, 2016.

Sponsored by BUILDER Magazine, honorees of this award include builders across the country who are raising the bar for the housing industry through innovative building practices and who demonstrate a commitment to environmentally-friendly construction and design excellence. The award celebrates how great design enhances the local landscape, enriches the lives of the residents and influences the work of others.
